Ascott Makati

One bedroom executive was very spacious for my family of 3. The location was really convenient. Room service requests for towels and toilet paper was pretty quick. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, utensils, dishwashing liquid and even a sponge. Drinking water was also available. Staff was very professional and nice. They helped bring our bags up to our room upon check-in. Upon checking out, they even helped up with finding and waiting for our Grab- Traveling pregnant with a child, I thought that was very kind of them. Cons: The shower had some mold build up. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Eggs were oily and the longganisa tasted weird. Glad we didn't pay it in advance because there were better breakfast options at Glorietta anyway.

Facilities and Location

Proximity from the airport, shopping, very respectful staff, the suite of rooms within one unit and this time the breakfast spread. The breakfast has improved a lot. They tweaked the food spread by changing or adding a few dishes and made the whole spread fit together and complimentary to each other. My suggestion. I would lose the pudding but add a fish dish such as - bangus or salmon or another local fish from the Philippines.

Location superb! We stayed 14 days - Staff very high quality - from front of house, to restaurant, guards, back of house. Food was excellent - we dined there a lot! although breakfast less consistent during the peak Christmas/ NY holidays.
